STATEMENT OF FAITH
We believe in:
.The plenary, inspiration of the Bible, equally and in all parts without error. As such, it is the only authority and basis for teaching sound doctrine, correcting errors, reproof, and training in all righteousness (2 Timothy 3:16)
.The one God, eternally existent Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (1 John 5:7 NKJV), who created man by a direct, immediate act, the creator and sustainer of all things.
.The Pre-existence, incarnation, virgin birth, sinless life, miracles, substitutionary death (1 John 4:10), bodily resurrection, ascension to Heaven, and second coming of the Lord Jesus Christ. (Matthew 25:31, Acts 1:9, 11)
.The dominion mandate of man, the fall, the need for Regeneration by the Operation of the Holy Spirit through personal faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour, on the basis of grace alone (Ephesians 2:8-9), and the resurrection of every person to either eternal life or eternal damnation.
.The spiritual relationship of all believers in the Lord Jesus Christ, living a life of righteousness (works which conform to God’s standards in thoughts, words, and action –Psalms 15:1-5 ) and holiness,( separated from the world – John 17:17), and being witnesses of His love and saving grace through the ministry of the Holy Spirit.
.The work of the Holy Spirit as the executor of God’s Kingdom business to cover the earth with God’s glory and heaven’s culture, equipping the body of Christ with power and spiritual gifts necessary for the advancement of that Kingdom (Acts 1:8)
.The Biblical mandate of the Great Commandment (Mat 22:36-40) and the Great Commission for all believers to deliver God’s people from bondage into children of God (John 1:12); discipling them to maturity as sons who reflect the image and character of Christ; enabling them to discover their purpose and be deployed as ambassadors (2Cor 5:20) who advance the Kingdom of God; and transforming them into rulers who exercise dominion over creation and over their circumstances and who reign in the different spheres of influence in nations. (Matthew 28;19-20, Mark 16:15)
.The Church as a governmental agency with a mandate to reconcile all things back to God (2 Cor 5:18); and make known the manifold wisdom of God to all powers and principalities in heavenly places (Eph 3:10).
